How To Measure Your Foot.
Your bigger bare foot (usually your right) length measured from heel to top of the big toe. The best way to measure your foot is to place your bare foot against the wall, use a pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.
Unlike other ugg boots, our footwear runs true to the size, thus if you are a half size you should order a size up. For example, if your bigger bare foot measures 24cm then you should go up and order size 7 (our size).
This footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin.
We do not make half sizes. If you are normally a half size, then go UP half a size to a full size.
We make to order, from time your order is received please allow 10 days to be made and shipped. Please note there are no refunds for incorrect size orders. Please double check foot size and compare to size chart when ordering.

Shipping Policy
For all product deliveries we use Australia post, courier services and also our own delivery vehicles. ( Canberra/ Queanbeyan).
All orders received will be posted within one working day.
Combined postage can be done for multiple small items.
All orders need delivery instructions, this helps us know where to put your parcels at your home or business on delivery.
All items posted with Australia post or courier, a tracking number is provided.
Refund Policy
All returns must be verified before goods are returned, please contact us before returning your item.
If your item is faulty on arrival or faulty after opening, please take pictures before and after opening and contact us via email: winterfriendnsw@gmail.com with pictures and description so we can have this situation rectified for you. Faulty items can be returned to us and exchanged at no expense to you after the faulty item has been assessed we will email you a pre-paid postage label which you can use to resend the item back to us. We aim to have exchanges or refunds refunded within 1 to 2days, but in some cases this could take up to 2 weeks as some faults need to be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange can be issued.

When exchanging your goods, the item must be returned in original new condition (unless faulty) without any signs of wear, user damage, no odor's can be present on item and tags must be in place, please do not damage the item package.
Exchanged item needs to be received and verified by staff before exchange is made and reposted.
There is no exchange for UGG BOOTS if wrong size has been ordered.
RETURNS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returning goods to the sender you no longer wish to purchase the item you have received or you would like to exchange for another item, the item must be returned in original new condition without any signs of wear, user damage, no odor's can be present on item, tags must be in place, serial numbers must match the item you purchased from us, buyer is to cover return postage costs (if item was not faulty) and re post cost from warehouse for exchange item.
Items that have been used and damaged cannot be returned to us through no fault of our store.
Items that have been returned to us after inspection, the item is found to be tampered with in any way and would not allow us to resell the item in a brand-new condition. The item will not be excepted and will be returned at buyers’ expense.
