Delivery Schedule & Information
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 7am and 4pm.

If you’d like to be home, simply note your preferred day and time at checkout and we’ll confirm with you.
Once your order is placed, allow 1–5 trading days for delivery (same-day delivery is sometimes possible).

We strongly recommend adding clear delivery instructions that can be completed without anyone present. Deliveries can occur anytime within the 1–5 day window. If we can’t complete the drop-off, additional charges or longer re-delivery times may apply.
