If a firewood order has been made and you wish to cancel the full purchase amount can be refunded.
If the delivery vehicle has already been loaded or is on the way before a cancelation takes place $88 fee will be deducted from your refund, if we have somewhere else to tip off we will not charge for this.
If your order has been delivered and you believe there is a problem with the product we have supplied, please call us on 0262994014 so we resolve the issue. if we cannot resolve the issue the product may be removed or replaced for no extra fee.

FAULTY ITEM
All returns must be verified before goods are returned, please contact us before returning your item.
If your item is faulty on arrival or faulty after opening, please take pictures before and after opening and contact us via email: canberrafirewood@gmail.com with pictures and description so we can have this situation rectified for you. Faulty items can be returned to us and exchanged at no expense to you after the faulty item has been assessed we will email you a pre-paid postage label which you can use to resend the item back to us. We aim to have exchanges or refunds refunded within 1 to 2days, but in some cases this could take up to 2 weeks as some faults need to be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange can be issued.

When exchanging your goods, the item must be returned in original new condition (unless faulty) without any signs of wear, user damage, no odours can be present on item and tags must be in place, please do not damage the item package.

Returning goods to the sender you no longer wish to purchase the item you have received or you would like to exchange for another item, the item must be returned in original new condition without any signs of wear, user damage, no odours can be present on item, tags must be in place, serial numbers must match the item you purchased from us, buyer is to cover return postage costs (if item was not faulty) and re post cost from warehouse for exchange item.
Items that have been used and damaged cannot be returned to us through no fault of our store.
Items that have been returned to us after inspection, the item is found to be tampered with in any way and would not allow us to resell the item in a brand-new condition. The item will not be excepted and will be returned at buyers’ expense.
