Firewood Delivery Areas & Minimum Amounts


We deliver to all the surrounding region of Canberra and Queanbeyan

Some of the surrounding areas have a minimum order amounts for delivery, please see below for some guidance.

1 Tonne Canberra and Queanbeyan

2 Tonne minimum areas : Gundaroo, Wallaroo, Sutton, Wamboin, Carwoola, Bywong, Bungendore, Michelago, Royalla, Burra

3- 5 Tonne minimum plus delivery: Murrembateman, Collector, Captains flat, Colinton

Firewood is delivered using tipper trucks: 1 - 5 Tonne each delivery

Delivery times can be from 1 hour to 2 days, But its always a good idea to have at least a week or two worth of firewood in the stock pile when you place your next order.

We operate year round, deliveries are available 12 months of the year

Hot tip: The best time to order your firewood is during the warmer months if possible as this gives you plenty of time to stack or store your wood away nice and dry, Before the grizzly damp winter conditions arrive.

We have a duty of care to our customers and our business vehicles, We will do our best to drop your load where you would like it. But if the area is dangerous or there is a chance of damaging property or delivery trucks we will have to choose another spot to tip your firewood.

ONLINE PURCHASE AND ECOMMERCE DELIVERIES: CANBERRA SURROUNDS AND AUSTRALIA WIDE


For small items we use Australia post for shipping, local courier services and also our own delivery vehicles in the ACT region

All orders received by 8am Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, orders after 8am shipped the next morning.

Small parcel orders can also be delivered with your load of Firewood in the Canberra and Queanbeyan region free of charge.

Please include delivery instructions when checking out, where to place your goods on delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds / Returns Firewood

If a firewood order has been made and you wish to cancel the full purchase amount can be refunded.

If the delivery vehicle has already been loaded or is on the way before a cancelation takes place $88 fee will be deducted from your refund, if we have somewhere else to tip off we will not charge for this.

If your order has been delivered and you believe there is a problem with the product we have supplied, please call us on 02 6299 4014 so we resolve the issue asap. if we cannot resolve the issue the product may be removed or replaced for no extra fee or any money paid refunded.

 

Ecommerce return

FAULTY ITEM

All returns must be verified before goods are returned, please contact us before returning your item.

If your item is faulty on arrival or faulty after opening, please take pictures before and after opening and contact us via email: canberrafirewood@gmail.com with pictures and description so we can have this situation rectified for you. Faulty items can be returned to us and exchanged at no expense to you after the faulty item has been assessed we will email you a pre-paid postage label which you can use to resend the item back to us. We aim to have exchanges or refunds refunded within 1 to 2days, but in some cases this could take up to 2 weeks as some faults need to be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange can be issued.

Faulty item needs to be received and verified by staff before exchange is made and reposted.

 

Ecommerce EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT

All returns must be verified before goods are returned, please contact us before returning your item.

When exchanging your goods, the item must be returned in original new condition (unless faulty) without any signs of wear, user damage, no odours can be present on item and tags must be in place, please do not damage the item package.

Exchanged item needs to be received and verified by staff before exchange is made and reposted.

 


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns must be verified before goods are returned, please contact us before returning your item.

Returning goods to the sender you no longer wish to purchase the item you have received or you would like to exchange for another item, the item must be returned in original new condition without any signs of wear, user damage, no odours can be present on item, tags must be in place, serial numbers must match the item you purchased from us, buyer is to cover return postage costs (if item was not faulty) and re post cost from warehouse for exchange item.

Items that have been used and damaged cannot be returned to us through no fault of our store.

Items that have been returned to us after inspection, the item is found to be tampered with in any way and would not allow us to resell the item in a brand-new condition. The item will not be excepted and will be returned at buyers’ expense.
